British Council is inviting Ukrainian and Romanian teachers who currently have in their classroom Ukrainian refugee pupils to enrol to a course on Teaching and Learning in Difficult Times 
The course will take place at the British Council in Bucharest from 27 – 30 October 2022 and registrations close on 17 October. The course is open to teachers of any subject and is free of charge. We strongly encourage teachers from outside Bucharest to apply as well ( we can provide accommodation, meals and cover transportation costs if teachers travel from other locations).
This professional development course (30 hours) will help teachers learn how to respond to the needs of children who experienced trauma, how to deal with disruptive behaviour caused by trauma and how to create a safe environment in the classroom for these children. Please note that the course is in English and an average English language level is necessary. For registration, follow this link
